Based on the books by Robert G Barrett, Les Norton is the Aussie story of a a bloke from the country’s misadventures as a bouncer at a gambling den in the raucous Kings Cross of the 80s. Alongside Production Designer Sam Hobbs, Alien Proof recreated Sydney’s infamous underground Kelly Club (once located in Kellett Street) in the brutalist environment of the one-time Bidura Children’s Court in Glebe.
